*** We will send you A REPLACEMENT or A FULL REFUND if you are not satisfied with your package. No question asked and no need to return either! We will treat this loss as our responsibility for your unsatisfactory shopping experience.

Until this point of time, we have not been able to handle returns and exchanges because we do not hold stock and all items are made-to-order. Instead, if we send you the wrong order, kindly let us know as soon as possible so that we can send you a replacement or a full refund.

  • Late delivery or missing order: We would gladly resend or issue a full refund if you do not receive the items purchased after 40 days of placing your order
  • Damaged or defective items: We would offer a replacement or a full refund if you can submit your order's shipping label and a photo proof within 10 days of delivery shown by the tracking record.

Please note that we typically do not comply with requests for refunds or replacements for such errors as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, or wrong shipping address given, etc. If you have problems with sizes, designs, colors or deliveries, kindly reach out to our Customer Service Center for personal assistance

If you wish to cancel or make a correction or modification to your order, please contact our Customer Service Center within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order is sent to the fulfillment centers, cancellation is no longer accepted.
